Coach Bus New Jersey Tips When Traveling with Kids (Part 2)

Traveling with kids tips

We all know how challenging it is to travel with little kids, especially long-distance, in a coach bus in New Jersey, but there are still ways to make it a fun, pleasant and enjoyable experience.  Kids can get antsy, messy and noisy, and this can blow a parent’s top. But all it takes are a few diversions and certain mess-proof stuff.

We have already shared with you a few tips, so here’s more:

4.  Kiddie music to break the ice.  Prepare a kiddie playlist on your mp3 player.  Let your kid listen to his or her favorite songs while traveling in a charter bus in NJ to keep him or her from getting bored.  That’s because we know how kids hate silence or hate hearing adults talk to one another  about stuff they can barely understand.  Just make sure you let them listen to their music with earphones and warn them in case they sing along loudly.  This is because other passengers may not be in the mood for children’s songs.

5.  Make the children comfortable.  When kids are not comfortable in their seats, you will know because they always make a fuss.  Just because they are on board a coach bus in NJ doesn’t mean they will have to sit in discomfort during the trip.  Bring a little pillow where they can prop their little heads on.  Bring their blankie to keep them warm, or maybe a portable stool where they can rest those feet that are too short to reach the floor.

6.  Pack a first-aid kit and hygiene essentials.  When there are kids, there’s bound to be little accidents or mishaps, and maybe some really ewww messy episodes.  That’s why you bring those clean-up essentials like wet wipes, alcohol, hand sanitizers, tissue, and soap, as well
as emergency basics, like adhesive bandages for cuts or scrapes, anti-allergy medication or ointment, and gauze pads.
