Customer satisfaction is number one in our list of priorities, and we
find that that metric has a lot of sub-criteria under it. We
would like to share with you an e-mail that we got from one of our
recent customers. This e-mail has been reprinted in
full, with the permission of the sender.

I just wanted to drop a line to thank you for your OUTSTANDING service.
I have to admit that I did not really think that you guys would be
taking us on considering the short notice we gave you. It was
just that we were shuttling our relatives from the airport to their
different hotels and we realized that this would be a problem on the
wedding day itself.
My wife is from New Jersey, while this is my first time here.
She wanted to be wed here, though, so my close friends and
family have to fly in. I really did not consider the
possibility that transportation would be a problem. Good
thing my wife's mom suggested you guys!
What can I say? It was great service. Right from
the moment I first called to ask for a quote, to arranging for a bus,
to the crazy schedule and to having the bus at the hotels, the church
and the reception hall and back to the hotels, I felt like you guys
really knew what you were doing. So much so that it was easy
to trust you with the details and the decisions.
Thank you again. The bride was glad that everybody seemed
happy on our wedding day, and I know that a huge part of it was because
of you guys!
